SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Tyler Campos saw it coming — patrol cars chasing a man on a bike — and the pursuit seemed to be coming right at him.
“It almost looked like he was going to hit me,” Campos said of the police car. “He kept on going straight and pinned him against the corner there. I had a few seconds to jog over here.”
