Man with prior copper theft conviction accused in new Salt Lake burglary case

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A man was accused of burglary after he was allegedly found in a building with copper and wire cutters, and police said this is not the first time.

James Moore, 52, was arrested on Saturday, facing third-degree burglary and drug-related misdemeanor charges, according to arrest documents.
