WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A federal grand jury in Salt Lake City returned an indictment charging a 19-year-old with drug crimes after he allegedly sold cocaine during an undercover operation.
Cristian Cardenas Aguilar, 19, has been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Utah, court documents allege that on July 20, 2026, agents with the Davis Metro Narcotics Strike Force and the FBI conducted a controlled purchase of narcotics from Aguilar.
