MIDVALE, Utah (KUTV) — Nearly a month after a massive apartment fire in Midvale, some displaced tenants say they are still waiting to learn whether any of their belongings can be recovered.
Sam Uthaichai, who lived on the fourth floor of the North Union apartment complex with his wife and daughter for about 20 months, said he has been unable to return to his apartment since the July 31 fire.
