WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, Sept. 7, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 78-year-old West Valley City man who has been missing since Saturday.
Richard Eugene Wallace was last seen about noon Sept. 5 near 3340 W. Valley Home Ave., in the area of 4200 South, according to the alert.
Wallace is described as Black, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes. A description of his clothing was not available…
