UPDATE: 6:05 p.m. – On Sunday evening, the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for portions of Salt Lake and Davis Counties. Salt Lake City, West Valley City and West Jordan were all in a warning that expired at 5:45 p.m. Portions of Davis County, including Bountiful and Layton, were under a warning until 6:15 p.m.
