MURRAY, Utah (ABC4) — A 30-year-old from Magna is accused of pretending to be a teenager to entice a 13-year-old girl online. When he hoped to meet the underage girl for sex, he was instead met with federal agents.
Jason Lee Lowder, 30, is charged with attempted rape of a child, a first-degree felony; enticement of a minor, a second-degree felony; and distributing material harmful to a minor, a third-degree felony. The charges came through the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
