SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A 20-year-old man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman by grabbing her neck and blocking her from leaving the bathroom.
Carter Foo Haughton, 20, has been arrested on one count of assault of a pregnant person (Class A misdemeanor), and one count of unlawful detention (Class B misdemeanor).
