TEXAS — A man was found dead from a gunshot wound early Saturday morning on San Antonio’s northwest side, and investigators are working to determine whether the shooting is connected to another violent incident reported nearby.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers and EMS crews responded around 12:50 a.m. to the 2100 block of Vance Jackson Road after receiving a report of a person who was injured or in medical distress.
