A beloved 25-year-old store attendant is dead after an unknown suspect entered a family-owned business and got into a verbal altercation with the man before stabbing him. The man’s cousin, who owns the store, said this was the victim’s last shift before he would see his father for the first time in 10 years.
Sahel Zghoul, the owner of Classic Mart & 420 Shop at 4069 Medical Drive, said his cousin, Sanad A. Faisal Al Resheq, was a great person who had worked at the store for four years. Zghoul said his cousin worked the overnight shift, and “everyone loved him,” referring to the community members who would come into the store.
Al Resheq was working his last shift before he and his family headed to Dallas to meet his father, whom he had not seen in 10 years, Zghoul told MySA.
