SAN ANTONIO – Police are investigating after a man was found deceased along railroad tracks on the East Side.
According to officers on scene, police were called to the scene for reports of a dead body around 8:20 p.m. on Monday ear the corner of Frost Bank Center Drive and I-35 Frontage Road.
