SAN ANTONIO – A man is accused of setting fire to his neighbor’s RV because he believed the neighbor was involved with his girlfriend.
Juan Francisco Deluna Jr., 61, faces a first-degree felony arson charge in connection with a fire that destroyed an RV at a Southeast Side mobile home park on June 16.
