SAN ANTONIO — Two people were killed in a three-vehicle crash early Sunday on the city’s Southwest Side.
San Antonio police officers were dispatched around 3:20 a.m. to the area of Southwest Loop 410 and Medina Base Road for a reported wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway.
