SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police said a man was detained after two children were shot while sleeping in a Northeast Side home.
Officers responded to the shooting around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Comanche Sunrise, which is located near Glacier Sun Drive.
