Driver crashes into North Side USPS post office, prompting temporary shutdown

SAN ANTONIO — A United States Post Office on the North Side is temporarily closed after a driver accidentally crashed their car into the building on Wednesday.

A spokesperson with the United States Postal Service said the front lobby area was damaged at the Lockhill Post Office along Huebner road.

No one was hurt but the building will be closed while repairs are made, including retail operations and access to the P.O. Box lobby area, according to USPS…
