After teasing a second area location in August 2025, Crust Pizza Co. is finally set to take another slice of San Antonio’s fast-casual market. The Woodlands-based chain has filed state plans to build a new 2,702-square-foot pizzeria at 20135 Stone Oak Pkwy.
The company previewed the outpost when it made its area debut in Cibolo, but never shared an estimated opening date. Now, new Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings say work on the interior will be completed in May 2025, although that date is subject to change.
The franchise has skyrocketed in Texas and Louisiana since opening its first pizzeria in The Woodlands in 2011. Although it offers stuffed and cauliflower crusts, it specializes in Chicago-style pies…
