Deadly North Side shooting is latest in string of recent violence in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – There have been at least six homicides, including a shooting by an officer, so far this month in San Antonio, after a man was shot and killed during an argument with his siblings.

The 35-year-old was transported to a hospital after 3 a.m. Friday at a North Side apartment complex on Sahara Drive, near San Pedro Avenue, according to the San Antonio Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The shooting happened after the man pulled out a gun during the argument. Police said another person, who was present and also had a gun, shot the man, killing him…
