SAN ANTONIO – A man and a woman were found dead in an alleged murder-suicide inside an apartment on the Far North Side. According to the San Antonio Police Department, the incident began as a high-risk welfare check shortly after 9 a.m. Sunday at the 7900 block of Jones Maltsberger Road. Officers were called to the scene initially believing the suspect, a man in his 30s, had a weapon. When they got there, the suspect was not located there.
