Target Dust-Up as San Antonio Cops Hunt Woman After Worker Left With Deep Neck Cuts

San Antonio police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman accused of injuring a loss-prevention worker at a North Side Target after she allegedly tried to walk out with unpaid merchandise. During a confrontation on March 9, the employee suffered deep cuts to his neck, and the suspect took off in a white Jeep, according to investigators. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.

What Police Say

According to WOAI, the woman walked into the Target at 746 NW Loop 410, placed several items in a bag and tried to leave without paying. A 33-year-old male loss-prevention employee stepped in to stop her. Investigators say she scratched him during the struggle, leaving deep cuts on his neck, then ran out of the store and drove away in a white Jeep.
