This week, however, the longtime San Antonio staple has found itself at the sharp end of some particularly pointed criticism from an internationally known publication. In a Sunday report, the Daily Meal called out Bill Miller as the worst barbecue chain in America, denouncing it for degrading the delicate balance between cost and quality.
“That balance seems not to be there anymore,” freelance food industry reporter Jay Wilson wrote for the publication.
