(FOX 5/KUSI) — Area residents may have notice increased wastewater flows in the Tijuana River Channel along with stronger odors, according to the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission.
This is because a 10-mile pipeline, the Parallel Gravity Line, that carries wastewater through Tijuana to near the U.S.-Mexico border collapsed on Friday.
