SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX5/KUSI) — “We want answers from the county,” said Evelin Osorio on Wednesday while visiting her cousin’s makeshift memorial in Southcrest.
Osorio’s cousin, Katie Osorio, was struck by a car allegedly driven by San Diego County Health and Services employee, Assmaa Elayyat, on May 22nd at bus stop near 35th and National Avenue.
