Humili, a new restaurant, is planned for San Diego’s University Heights neighborhood at 4615 Park Boulevard.
The new concept is expected to move into the former Red House Pizza space, according to a recent liquor license application. An exact opening date has not been announced, and the filing indicates the project is still in early development. The ownership group includes Giorgio Corletti, Giovanni Siracusa, Sandro Lattenero, and Michael Massaro. Customers can expect additional details about the menu and concept as the project progresses.
Chef and partner Giorgio Corletti is leading the concept. Corletti is an Italian-born chef raised in Italy and born in New York, trained under chef Gianfranco Vissani. He has worked in restaurants in Italy and the San Francisco Bay Area and is currently chef and partner at Nado Republic in Coronado.
