SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Music lovers will once again take over one of San Diego’s most vibrant neighborhoods this weekend as the North Park Music Fest returns, bringing more than 30 live acts to venues throughout the community.
The annual festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 6 and will feature performances spanning indie rock, funk, psychedelic music, hip-hop, soul and more. Organizers say attendees can wander between participating venues throughout North Park, discovering new artists while supporting local businesses.
This year’s festival is headlined by psychedelic rock group Frankie and the Witch Fingers, with additional performances from Cut Chemist, Brainstory, The Gaslamp Killer and Sugar Candy Mountain. More than two dozen artists are scheduled to perform throughout the day and into the evening…
