San Diego Police are looking for a man suspected of destroying over 200 door locks on May 26 at Patrick Henry High School in San Carlos. Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. According to police, the man placed a sticky substance on over 200 door locks around the high school, causing about $70,000 worth of permanent damage.
Video from surveillance cameras at the school showed images of the man, dressed in a face cover, a hooded sweatshirt with the letter “B” logo, baggy pants and sneakers.
Surveillance video also showed the man driving away in a 2010-2020 sedan with tinted windows.
Times of San Diego reached out to Detective Sergeant Roberto Bonilla for comment. Sgt. Bonilla said that Patrick Henry High School has been vandalized in the past. However, the school has not been vandalized to this extent…
