Reotemp Instrument Corp. is betting big on Scripps Ranch, locking in a 12-year industrial lease for the entire Scripps Ranch Business Park building at 10225 Willow Creek Road. The deal gives the manufacturer roughly 75,119 square feet and will pull its scattered San Diego operations under one roof, with the site set to become its headquarters once tenant improvements are wrapped. It is a clean sweep for the landlords and a confidence boost for the central San Diego industrial scene.
According to CoStar, the lease spans 12 years and covers the full 75,119-square-foot facility on Willow Creek Road. The listing notes Cushman & Wakefield brokers on the deal.

Once the work is done, the building is slated to hold executive offices, R&D, engineering and manufacturing, along with distribution and customer service. There is also room left for future expansion, a clear signal that Reotemp is planning to grow rather than simply reshuffle its real estate.
