SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The suspect in a hit-and-run that left the driver of a moped with serious injuries in La Jolla on Sunday was arrested, police confirmed.
The San Diego Police Department said the suspect was driving a black Nissan Rogue eastbound on Nautilus Street when he failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of La Jolla Boulevard.
The suspect then hit a man riding a Vespa moped who was entering the intersection and fled the scene…
