Divers specially trained to locate lost plane wrecks are now searching the coast for a missing Navy jet.
The plane in question crashed nearly 50 years ago during a training flight about six miles off Point Loma.
Brett Eldridge has been diving with this purpose for six years to help offer closure to families. He says he is not paid and does this out of passion along with other specialized divers.
