FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The man connected to a fatal hit-and-run of an elderly couple was picked up from San Diego County jail and transferred to the Fresno County jail.
48-year-old Omar Chavez of Reedley was recently arrested at the U.S.-Mexico border crossing at the CBX bridge connecting the Tijuana Airport.
