SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego County is ramping up preparations for what meteorologists expect to be a wetter winter as strong El Niño conditions develop across the region.
During Tuesday’s Board of Supervisors meeting, county officials outlined new storm-readiness and flood prevention efforts designed to prepare communities for potentially heavy and frequent rain from October through April.
