A lawsuit (I am not making this up) entitled No Skunk Butts V. Board of Supervisors, has been filed in San Diego County Superior Court, challenging the legality of the Socially Equitable Cannabis Program (SECP) that was passed by the board late last month.
The suit, filed on Friday afternoon, is a petition for writ of mandamus accusing the County of violating CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) and “challenges the sufficiency of the environmental impact report (EIR) adopted by the Board of Supervisors . . .”…
