SAN DIEGO (KUSI/FOX 5) — Police have released the identities of two bodies that were found dead in a Del Cerro apartment Wednesday in an apparent murder-suicide, according to SDPD.
According to SDPD, officers responded to an apartment in the 5700 block of College Avenue to conduct a wellness check after a relative asked police to check on a family member who had not answered phone calls or shown up for a scheduled shift.
Officers say that when they knocked on the apartment door, they briefly spoke with a man inside, whom they believe was 40-year-old Paul Cervantes Martinez. They say Martinez told them everything was fine, told them to leave, and refused to open the door…
