How about that weather we’ve been having lately? Practically no corner of the contiguous United States has been spared from the extremities of winter weather these past few weeks, as storm after storm hit the country hard with blizzards, thunderstorms, ice, strong Arctic winds, and even in a few instances, tornadoes. The East Coast has dealt with significantly bad weather over the past few days, but over on the West Coast, things aren’t looking so sunny in Southern California, either.
San Diego is currently struggling to clean up and recover after heavy rains over the past several days led to widespread flooding throughout the city. The amount of rainfall that precipitated these floods was actually so severe that on January 22, it set its place in the city’s historical record.
