Search warrant yields narcotics and firearms from Vista barbershop

VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office (SDSO) announced on Thursday that after a months-long investigation, a search warrant was executed for a Vista barber shop that yielded firearms, narcotics and cash.

According to SDSO on Feb. 26, investigators served two search warrants in the Vista area after a months-long narcotics trafficking investigation. The first location was a residence on Rush Avenue and the second was executed at the Premium Barber Lounge on Vista Way.

After searching both locations, investigators reportedly seized 2.14 pounds of cocaine, four firearms, high-capacity magazines, drug sales indicia, firearm parts, ammunition and over $27,000 in cash.
