EL CAJON (FOX 5/KUSI) — The county is opening the first Crisis Stabilization Unit in the East County on Monday.
The 14,000-square-foot behavioral health treatment facility will provide 24-hour support seven days a week for people experiencing a psychiatric or substance use emergency.
