SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man wielding a machete was detained by police after making threats in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego early Tuesday morning.
According to the San Diego Police Department, officers received a call around 7:35 a.m. about a transient male threatening a gardener with a large machete. The incident happened outside of the Taco Bell located at 4545 El Cajon Blvd.
The man then moved to Hoover High School, police said. Officers arrived to take the man into custody just a few minutes later…
