POINT LOMA – Point Loma High School teacher and advisor Noel Pomerleau has been named San Diego Unified School District High School Teacher of the Year for 2025-26 — because of her instructional style.
“They chose me because they know I’m working to incorporate an inclusive and diverse learning environment, and because I care about the students as individuals,” said Pomerleau, who has spent her entire 14-year career at PLHS.
