Man killed after being run over by MTS bus in San Diego

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A 29-year-old man died Thursday night after a collision involving San Diego Metropolitan Transit System bus in downtown, authorities said.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. in the 300 block of West B Street in the Core Columbia neighborhood.

Investigators say the man was lying on the ground along the north curbline in a dirt parkway when an MTS bus stopped nearby.
