Fairfield’s organic olive oil producer IL Fiorello Olive Oil Company has earned recognition as one of the top producers in both the United States and the world after a successful showing at major international olive oil competitions.
IL Fiorello was ranked ninth in the United States and 19th globally by the Olive Oil Times following results from five major 2026 olive oil competitions held in Italy, Japan, New York, Los Angeles and at the California State Fair.
