(KRON) — The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old who is considered at risk because of her age.
OPD said Gheisimar Marcano-Hernandez was last seen around 10 a.m. on July 13 in the 3400 block of Davis Street.
Gheisimar is described by police as a Hispanic female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
