S.F. retail theft crackdown leads to 25 arrests tied to Whole Foods, Kaiser pharmacy

San Francisco police arrested 25 people during a monthlong series of retail theft investigations involving Whole Foods stores, a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy and other businesses, the department said Wednesday.

Twenty-two people were arrested during a single-day operation at a Whole Foods Market. Three men were arrested in separate investigations involving repeated theft allegations.
