A collision involving an overturned car and possible injuries was slowing traffic Sunday afternoon in Oakland, according to authorities.
The California Highway Patrol responded to a crash around 1:45 p.m. on westbound Interstate 580 east of Highway 13 in East Oakland, according to the agency’s incident log.
