(KRON) — The Walgreens in Daly City on 6100 Mission St. has been open since the 2000s. It has been a staple for that neighborhood for more than two decades. The pharmacy closed in 2024, and a replacement is now set.
Grocery Outlet is taking over the space and will have its grand opening on Thursday, Sept. 10, the company announced in a news release.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Starting at 7 a.m., the first 100 customers will receive a mystery gift card to Grocery Outlet that will be valued between $5 and $500.
