A freeway standoff involving SWAT teams and multiple damaged vehicles caused major traffic delays on Interstate 580 in San Leandro before authorities took a driver into custody.
The incident shut down westbound Interstate 580 near the Benedict Drive off-ramp, where SKY7 captured aerial footage of the standoff.
