SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Since opening its first brick-and-mortar shop in 2023, Butter & Crumble has been one of the most hyped bakeries in San Francisco. Lines wrap around the North Beach bakery, especially on weekend mornings. Even in the rain and cold, customers lined up for hours across several blocks.
Butter & Crumble announced plans in February to expand with another location that specializes in its cakes. However, those plans have been nixed.
