Eric Bigone, a longtime Outer Sunset resident known in the neighborhood as a musician and boxing volunteer, has been identified as the man fatally shot early Sunday near Ocean Beach, authorities said Monday.
San Francisco police said officers responded about 5:21 a.m. to the 2500 block of 46th Avenue, near Ulloa Street, after a report of a shooting.
