(KRON) — A preliminary 2.7-magnitude earthquake shook east of Fremont Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake occurred at 7:17 a.m., USGS said. The epicenter was 4.6 miles south of Sunol at a depth of 5.6 miles, along the Mission Fault.
