Authorities have released the identity of a woman who died in a San Jose home after her husband allegedly killed her with a machete earlier this month.
On June 15, police found the body of 49-year-old Xuan Zhang inside a home in the 5800 block of Snell Avenue. She was found with a machete near her body in a “blood-splattered room,” the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office said.
