A residential fire in Fremont on Sunday evening left a house destroyed and multiple people displaced, authorities said.
Crews responded to the blaze on Spady Street, just southwest of Fremont Central Park, shortly after 5 p.m. and controlled it within 45 minutes, according to the Fremont Fire Department. No injuries were reported, but an unspecified number of residents were displaced. A second home nearby was also damaged.
