The collision happened around 10:12 p.m. at the intersection of Thornwood Drive and Blossom Hill Road, a stretch of roadway that borders the sprawling shopping center and sees heavy foot and vehicle traffic well into the evening.
According to NBC Bay Area, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, and police said no additional information was immediately available.
